GEDETH NETWORK, S.L.U., takes very seriously the protection of your privacy and personal data; therefore, your personal information will be stored securely and will be treated with the utmost care.
 
The present data protection policy regulates the access and use of the website www.gedeth.com (hereafter, the Website) that GEDETH NETWORK, S.L.U. (hereafter, GEDETH), located at C/ Doctor Esquerdo 18, Esc. A, 1ºB, 28028 Madrid, with tax identification number B-86710456, provides the Users (hereafter, the “User” or the “User”) of the internet interested in the services offered by this entity (hereafter, the Services) and the content (hereafter, the Content) stored on the Website of this company. 
 
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, regarding the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (hereafter, LOPD) and its regulation of development, GEDETH informs the User of the existence of an automated file containing data of a personal nature, duly registered in the General Registry of the Spanish Agency of Data Protection, created by GEDETH and of its own responsibility, and whose activity is the provision of services related to the organization of events, specifically classes and conferences organized by GEDETH.
 

2. Processing of Personal Data, Purpose of Treatment, and Consent

The data of the Users is gathered by GEDETH for the following purposes: (i) to provide the services offered through the Website, (ii) to provide information regarding events, classes, and conferences organized by GEDETH, (iii) to adapt the events we organize, wherever possible, to the preferences of the assistants, (iv) to send additional information, (v) to conduct surveys with the purpose of understanding your level of satisfaction and the quality of the service, and (vii) to provide commercial and promotional notices related to the classes, events, and conferences organized by GEDETH or by third parties via letter, phone, email, SMS/MMS, fax, or by other equivalent means of electronic communication under the framework of the LOPD, in Law 34/2002 of July 11, regarding the Services fo the Society of Information and Electronic Commerce, and in Law 32/2003 of November 3, regarding General Telecommunications.
 
In the same way, your data may be used by GEDETH to send you by letter, phone, email, SMS/MMS, or by other equivalent means of electronic communication, from us or from third parties, publicity, training, commercial offers, and offers of internationalization services, investment, and financing of companies, as well as offers related to marketing and online intelligence, in addition to information regarding the following sectors:
  • Marketing, or marketing or business associations
  • Finance: Lent by financial institutions, insurance companies, and by social welfare
  • Entertainment: Publishing, Tourism, Sports, Collecting, Photography, Toy Stores, Transportation, Gardening, Hobbies, Communication, and Training.
  • Consumption: Electronics, Computer Science, Textile, Imaging and Sound, Accessories, Home, Bazaar, Personal Care (Cosmetics, Perfumes, Parapharmacy, Pharmaceutical advertising specialities), Furniture, Real Estate, Food and Drink, Health and Beauty, Office Materials, Fashion, and Decoration. 
  • Automotion: Products and Services related to Automobiles, Motorcycles, and Trucks.
  • Energy and Water: Products related to Electricity, Hydrocarbon, Gas, and Water.
  • NGOs: Productos and Services related to NGOs.
We inform you that, if you agree to the receiving of said information, you will be able to object to your data being treated with this purpose at any time and to request more information about the treatment of your personal data by sending an email to the following address, contacto@gedeth.com, using the specified means identified in the commercial communications.

3. Obligatory or Optional Nature of the Information Provided by the User and Veracity of the Data

The User guarantees that the personal data provided is correct and is responsible for communicating to GEDETH any modification of this data. The User will account for, in any case, the truthfulness fo the data provided, and GEDETH reserves the right to exclude from registered services any User who has provided false data, prejudice to any other actions that may arise in Law. 
 
The registration of underage Users in classes, events, and conferences organized by GEDETH is expressly prohibited. You are recommended texercise the utmost diligence in the matter of Data Protection by the use of security tools, and GEDETH accepts no liability for theft, modifications, or loss of illicit data.

4. Data Release

If you register for an event organized by GEDETH, we inform you that GEDETH will release your data to the Co-Organizers, Sponsors, and/or Speakers participating in the classes, conferences, and events organized by GEDETH.
 
The purpose of this release is to facilitate to the User greater and broader information regarding the companies and speakers whose events the User attends, thereby offering better service. The release will always be to businesses related to the internationalization of companies, investments, and financing, as well as marketing, legality, and online intelligence.

5. Right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, and Oppose

We inform you the you may exercises your right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, and Oppose by sending an email to the address contacto@gedeth.com. The request must contain the following data: first and last name(s) of the user, address for notification purposes, a photocopy of your National Identification Document or passport, and specific content of the right being exercised. 

6. Security Measures

GEDETH maintains levels of security regarding protection of personal data in accordance with the LOPD and the Royal Decree 1720/2007, from December 21, approving the Regulation for the development of the Data Protection Law which contains data of a personal nature and has established all the technical means in its reach to avoid the loss, mis-use, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the data provided by the User through the Website, whilst recognizing the need to inform the User that Internet security measures are not impregnable. 
 
GEDETH commits to complying with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality with respect to the personal data contained in the automated file, in accordance with the applicable legislation, and commits to grant you the safe treatment of any data release which may occur.
